About Me
I grew up in Sooke, surrounded by nature, which shaped my sense of presence and connection to the world around me. I am of Métis, Cree, and European ancestry, and carry a deep respect for the land, community, and traditions of care passed down through generations before me.
I was born a natural caregiver and a highly sensitive soul. From a young age, I have been drawn to life’s transformative processes—the birth continuum, the mother-baby dyad, and the profound experience of bringing life into the world. There is something deeply meaningful to me about witnessing these transitions and supporting people through their reproductive journeys, holding space for both the joy and challenges along the way.
Through my own transformation into matrescence, I have gained a profound reverence for the womb and the many ways it carries, creates, releases, and transforms. This experience deepened my understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that can unfold through our reproductive journeys, shaping the way I hold space for others—with presence, compassion, respect, and deep care.
For over 18 years, I’ve worked closely with families throughout Greater Victoria and the surrounding areas as a doula, career nanny, mother’s helper, house manager & personal assistant and a youth support worker for at risk & displaced youth. My work has included practicing non-violent crisis intervention and supporting children and caregivers in a wide range of environments and life stages. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to remain calm, responsive, and deeply attuned to the needs of others.

Rooted, Respectful Reproductive Support
As a Full Spectrum Doula, I weave evidence-based care with intuition, cultural humility, and a calm, steady presence. I offer families in Victoria & surrounding areas steady, nonjudgmental support throughout the reproductive journeys of life—so you feel seen, heard, and held.
My work is grounded in listening, respect, and trust in the wisdom already within you. I provide supportive care for birth and beyond, honoring your body, your story, and your choices. My role is to walk beside you, holding space so you feel safe, supported, and empowered through one of life’s most transformative thresholds.
I incorporate ancestral knowledge and culturally relevant practices, including herbalism and TCM/ayurvedic modalities such as acupressure and other bodywork—offering a holistic approach that meets you where you are.
